Single courses and special conditions

Find below information about the fees for Single courses and other special condition enrollment fees.

The part-time student pays all the fees that are a fixed part of the contribution (e.g. regional tax for the right to study, stamp duty, etc.) and a part of the all-inclusive fee which is calculated as indicated in the attached file.

The reduced quantification of fees for students who use part-time is valid only for the agreed period. If the student goes to the position of final repeater, he will have to pay the fees in the ordinary amount foreseen for full-time students.

In the case of certified serious and prolonged illness or due to the birth or adoption of a child, if the student submits the suspension request:

  • before proceeding with enrollment in the academic year (before paying the first installment) → when the student will resume the course, he/she will be exempted from paying the recognition fee for the years of interruption;
  • after paying the first installment of enrollment in the academic year → when the student will resume the course, he/she will be exempted from both paying the subsequent installments already issued and the recognition fee for the years of suspension.

The above exemption is applied only if the resumption of the course happens within a maximum of three years from the event that generated the request for suspension of the career.

To take advantage of this opportunity, it is necessary to submit a formal request (attached below) for interruption of studies to the UOC Gestione Carriere via Direct Line.

ATTENTION: If the student resumes his/her career before the end of the academic year for which the interruption was requested, he/she will be required to pay the outstanding installments (without the related penalties).
Request to the Rector

The tuition fee for single courses is determined by the sum of the following amounts:

  • fixed registration fee of €100.00 per academic year;
  • stamp duty of €16.00;
  • fee of €45.00 for each University Educational Credit (CFU).

Enrolment for the single course is only valid for the specific academic year of enrolment, and the student must do the examination in the sessions of that academic year. If the student won't pass the examination in the sessions of the reference academic year, they have to ask to take the exam within the following academic year by paying only the registration fee.

If the student fails the examination in the reference sessions or within the following academic year, they must request a new registration, paying the full amount (registration fee, stamp duty and amount relating to university credits).

The student may request a refund of the amount paid for enrolment in individual courses in the following cases:

  • payments made in error, provided that the request is submitted within 30 days of the payment being made; in this case, reimbursement is only for the amounts paid for educational activities that the student does not intend to attend;
  • the University refuses to permit the student’s attendance, provided that the request is made within 30 days of the date of receiving the communication; in this case, the full amounts paid are refunded, including the registration fee.
