After the selection process, you will need to accept or decline the assignment in the manner and within the timeframe that will be communicated to you.
Acceptance is done through Mobility Online and requires a confirmation notification of the decision made. If you do not receive the confirmation email or are unable to accept due to technical issues, immediately inform the U.O.C. International Mobility Office at [email protected].
Once you know your assignment, check the entry requirements for the host country. Rely on the Embassies and gather information on the necessary insurance.
