To access the platform, you must use your university credentials.
Carefully follow the application instructions provided in the attached documents in this section.
For technical issues, immediately contact the UOC International Mobility Office. We strongly recommend not applying close to the deadline, as timely assistance cannot be guaranteed.
IMPORTANT: The first step of the application is completed only after confirming your personal data. This action is required in the first email you receive from the noreply address. If you fail to confirm your data within the given timeframe, you will not be able to proceed to the next phase.
Only those enrolled in PhD programs, first and second-level university master's courses*, or specialization schools will need to confirm their application by attaching the letter provided by their UNIPV supervisor via the following ONLINE FORM.
*A first and second-level university master's course (Master di I o II livello) is a postgraduate specialization program that can be either first-level (after a Bachelor’s Degree) or second-level (after a Master’s Degree). These programs focus on professional training and do not grant access to PhD studies.
It's different from the Master's Degree program.
You can search for it:
- Independently
- Through the Delegate for International Mobility of your area
- Through a UNIPV professor
Or through the useful resources available at the attached link.
After identifying the host institution, download and have the acceptance letter filled out. You can upload the acceptance letter to your Mobility Online application until the deadline.
Attention: Only one acceptance letter is allowed. If you receive multiple positive responses, you will need to decide which institution to apply to with the Erasmus+ Traineeship.
