Participate in the Erasmus+ Traineeship Programme

📢 The Erasmus+ Traineeship Call for 2025/26 is now open! You can now submit your application.

 

Please consult the Call for Applications and the related annex to check the selection requirements, eligibility criteria, deadlines, and the conditions for starting the mobility—such as the permitted duration and period, available grants, and required documents.

Call for application and attachments

Check the field of study your degree programme belongs to and the Delegate for International Mobility associated with it.

The Delegate will receive a copy of your application for evaluation.

The Delegate will also be your point of reference for drafting the Learning Agreement (after the selection process).

How to apply

📌 APPLICATION DEADLINES:

  • Application submission and confirmation of personal data: by Thursday, 12 June 2025, at 1:00 PM
  • For PhD students, specialization schools, and 1st/2nd level Master's programmes: application submission, confirmation of personal data, and upload of supervisor’s letter by Thursday, 12 June 2025, at 1:00 PM
  • For all applicants: acceptance letter upload deadline is by Friday, 4 July 2025

Submit your application through Mobility Online using the specific link available in the next paragraph.

Follow all the necessary steps for a correct application submission, find a host organization, obtain the acceptance letter, and participate in the selection interviews (if required for your field of study) according to the methods and timelines that will be communicated to you.

📢Attention:The application process includes the automatic sending of emails from the noreply address. If you do not receive them, please ensure that you have completed all the required steps and check your SPAM folder.

Students enrolled in PhD programmes, 1st and 2nd level Master’s programmes (see definition in the next paragraph), and Specialisation Schools must also upload a letter from their supervisor, as specified in the following section.

Follow the instructions carefully to complete your application correctly:

If you experience any technical issues, contact the International Mobility Office immediately.

Try not to apply at the last minute, as we cannot guarantee timely support in case of technical problems.

REMEMBER: Your application is only considered complete once you confirm your personal data. This step is required in the first email you will receive from the noreply address. If you do not confirm your data within the given timeframe, you will not be able to proceed to the next stage.

Always check your Spam folder as well.

Only students enrolled in PhD programs, first and second-level university master's courses*, or specialization schools will need to confirm their application by attaching the letter provided by their UNIPV supervisor.

📌*A first and second-level university master's course (Master di I o II livello) is a postgraduate specialization program that can be either first-level (after a Bachelor’s Degree) or second-level (after a Master’s Degree). These programs focus on professional training and do not grant access to PhD studies.

If you're enrolled in Master's degree programme (Laurea Magistrale), you're NOT required to upload the supervisor's letter.

You are responsible for independently finding a host institution, based on your interests and academic background.

You can make use of some helpful resources available at the link provided.

Your International Mobility Delegate or the academic advisor for your study programme can support you in evaluating the opportunities you have found, taking your academic path into account, and guide you toward the best option.

After identifying your host institution, download and have the acceptance letter completed:

📌 Traineeship 2025/26 Acceptance Letter

Upload it to your application, following the provided instructions, no later than 4 July 2025. If a selection interview is required for your field of study, bring the acceptance letter with you.

Important: Only one acceptance letter is allowed. If you receive multiple positive responses, you must choose a single host institution.

The selection interviews will take place from 30 June to 4 July 2025.

The interviews may be held either online or in person, at the discretion of your Delegate for International Mobility.

The calendar with the specific dates and formats for each field of study will be published at a later stage.
